About Us
Your house is old. That's actually good news. We're Heritage Renovations, and we specialize in bringing older homes back to life—the way they were meant to be lived in. No ripping out original details to replace them with cheap junk. No greenwashing. We use real materials, real methods, and genuine sustainable practices. Our crew knows how to work with what's already there. We've been doing this since 2011. Built trust one renovation at a time. That's it.
Over time, we’ve built a reputation for reliability, quality, and clear communication. We treat each project as a partnership and aim for outcomes that last.
Our Story
Started in 2011 because we got tired of watching beautiful old houses get torn down. Easier, sure. Faster, definitely. But wrong. We began with one crew, one van, and a list of clients who'd been rejected by bigger contractors. Turns out there's high demand for people who actually respect existing structures. By 2015 we'd hired specialists in timber, masonry, and original window restoration. By 2019 we were turning down work. Not because we're busy—because we only take projects we believe in. Today we're 17 people strong. Still small. Intentionally.
Our Approach
Our approach combines proven methods with modern tools. We start with discovery, align on goals, plan clearly, and execute with quality checks at every step.
Our Core Values
The principles that guide everything we do
Honest Work
No hidden costs. No cutting corners where you can't see. If something can't be fixed properly, we tell you. Straight up.
Material Respect
Plaster. Timber. Brick. Stone. These things last 150 years if you treat them right. We do.
Waste Reduction
Demolition is lazy. Restoration is smart. We salvage, reuse, and repurpose. What can't be used locally goes to proper facilities.
Skill First
Machines don't fix old houses. People do. We hire craftspeople, not assemblers. Training matters. Experience matters more.
